There are lots of opportunities for piggy-backing on events in February whether its Valentines Day (give your sweetheart the gift of wellness), Presidents Day (I cannot tell a lie you need a check-up) or winter sports (do you take better care of your skis than your body), a little creativity can boost your practice.
Dont forget to get an early reality check on your statistics if you started strong, dont coast, push down on the accelerator a little, and if you had a shakier start, then focus your power and get back into it. Your numbers reflect both your current efforts and your overall capacity, so look objectively at both and decide where your energy is best invested.
Watch your days worked and your visits per day statistic it is a telling sign of your capacity, and can give you instant feedback about how to structure your goals and troubleshoot areas of limitation. Also, dont overreact to large pluses or minuses in your stats this early in the year its a marathon, not a sprint, so pace yourself accordingly.
