This month often represents change — change in weather, and change in attitudes. What do you need to change? As you complete the first quarter of 2004, what trends have you established that are serving you and which ones aren’t working as well? Where are you investing your energy and getting a great return, and where are your efforts being under-rewarded?

Look for clues in your statistics — are your methods of attracting new patients productive? Are you getting people who relate to your message and commit to ongoing care? Is money flowing in at the rate you are earning it?

By the end of the first quarter, you’ll have an idea about how your current plans are succeeding, so you can know whether to stay the course or redirect your attention. Don’t hang on your numbers, but let them guide you toward areas that need help. Ask the coaches for support when you need it.
