Three quarters have passed, and you should have a clear bead on your projections for the remainder of this year, and an enthusiastic attitude about establishing your outcomes for next year. By October 1, your 2006 goals should be written – use the Six P’s format to organize and plan for the future.

You’re coming into a fun holiday season – Halloween is a terrific opportunity to be playful and attract new patients, too. Enjoy decorating your office or selecting costumes to entertain, and give away some healthy snacks to the kids (the grownups can have some too.)

If you’re looking at your statistics and smiling, good for you! Congratulations on your accomplishments! If you’re not smiling, then examine why – did you do everything possible? If you feel your effort was solid, yet you didn’t get the results you planned, you probably have capacity limitations to deal with, whether at the “be” level or the “do” level. If you don’t feel you brought your best to the table, then take immediate action to turn that around, even if the action is to get on the phone with your coach and shift your attitude. There’s enough time to crank it up, but you must act now.
