November is famous for missed practice days, between SuperConference and Thanksgiving, so remember to look at your days worked and office visits per day to get a proper interpretation of your statistics this month. Remember, December is usually one of the busiest months, because of the stress of the holidays, the novel thought of giving the gift of health, and because chiropractors are pushing to meet their goals.
Finish your practice year strong! Plan a hat and coat drive for needy families, or another food drive, or a toy drive – be generous, and find promotions that do as much good as possible, for your community as well as your practice. Patient Appreciation Dinners and Days, Family Health Days, advanced health care class – whatever you can do to engage your people and cause them to connect with you and with chiropractic, it all works in your favor.
And as you come into the holiday season, show your appreciation to all who cross your path, from the staff to the patients to the merchants and vendors, to your strategic alliances and friends to future friends you have yet to really connect with – make this a loving year to remember, not only for yourself but for all you come in contact with.
