Is March coming in like a lion or a lamb? Are you picking up speed, or waiting for the phone to ring? As the first quarter comes to fruition, how have your plans worked out so far? How is your marketing bringing in new people to serve, how are your procedures processing them for maximum benefit, how are your patients responding, both clinically and with their referrals of people they care about?

Your practice will move in the direction you move it – and if reading this note makes you scratch your head and wonder where the first two months went, this is an important reality check – how close are you to your first quarter goals? You still have time to push forward – plan a Spring Cleaning event, a Weekend Warriors event as the weather gets nice and people begin to exercise, a Safe Gardening event, or a Patient Appreciation Day to let your constituency know you enjoy the opportunity to serve them, and would be grateful if they recommended people they care about to receive the miraculous healing benefits of chiropractic care.

If you’re on track, bravo and keep going! If not, then now is the time to turn it around, with a great attitude, a focused intention, and enough elbow grease to get the job done. Don’t settle – you’re worth the investment!
