My second recommendation is to improve his collections from his current ova of just $53 and 60 cents to $55 for now.

That’s just $1 and 40 cents more per visit. These two simple and easy to accomplish changes will grow his monthly visits from 280, which is current to 440, and also grow his monthly income 15,000 to 24,200. And this is an increase of 9,200 a month or 110,400 annually. And this represents more than the 50% growth that Dan asks for. This is how you go from good to grade from plateau to highly profitable and from busy to dollar productive.
