My second initial recommendation is to improve his new patient attraction from 10 new patients a month to 12. That’s the equivalent of one more new patient every other week. These two simple and easy to accomplish changes will grow Fabio’s visits each month from 200 a month to 300 a month and grow his monthly income from 12,000 collected to 18,000 collected. This is a 50% increase when Fabio asked on the practice growth calculator, just for a 20% increase, and this represents $6,000 more per month collected or 72,000 more a year collected.
