He will need to expand his capacity for more growth, more adjustments, more services, rendering, more impactful care, and generating more income. He will need to fully comprehend and then fall in love with chiropractic and with the concept of service to others.

As I take on the position as his chief operating officer, here are my simple but significant initial recommendations for rapid and sustainable growth. I’m recommending that we focus on the following simple change. First, I’m gonna tell him to maintain his 20 new patients a month, but we must improve his PVA from 13. My first target is to grow it to 25 for now, and also increases ova from $69 and 20 cents to $72, not a big change, but a change. Nonetheless, these simple and easy to accomplish changes will grow his monthly visits from 260 to 500 and grow his monthly income from 18,000 to 36,000. This is an $18,000 monthly increase, which translates the 216,000 increase over the course of the year. And ladies and gentlemen, this is how you go from good to great from plateaued to highly profitable and from stuck to unstuck.
